Mr. MANOJ R. KADAM

Mr. Manoj Kadam is a distinguished entrepreneur, recipient of the First National Entrepreneurship Award from the Government of India, and holder of 40+ national and international awards, including a world record for the most award-winning entrepreneur. He is the founder of SV Group of Industries, overseeing 7+ companies.
A Post Graduate Chemical Engineer with specialization in design, Mr. Kadam is also an M.Tech in Chemical (Drugs and Pharmaceuticals), MBA in Project Management and International Business, and has a Diploma in Film Making from FTII Pune. He holds several certifications, including in Food Safety and FPO Management.
With over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and fine chemical industries, Mr. Kadam excels in technology, engineering services, project planning, design, commissioning, and execution. He has worked with top MNCs like Hindustan Antibiotics, Zydus Cadila, ICI India, and AMRI India, and has published 5 research papers in international journals.
Mr. SUBRAMANYAM MADDALA

Mr. Subramanyam Maddala is a Pharma Operations veteran, with 35+ years of rich experience in various areas of Pharma API manufacturing.
Worked in reputed companies in senior positions like – Lupin, senior VP- Piramal Pharma, President API-shasun, President -Curia and retired from Aurobindo Pharma as PRESIDENT – API OPERATIONS.
Currently Advisory to Pharma API Generic and CDMOs. Mr Subramanyam Maddala is on the Advisory Board of SVECS. He is based out of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Sir Also holds his expertise in Area Of API Business turn around for small and medium scale organizations , due diligence services for VCs, API Procurement support to overseas formulation companies ,cost reduction ,operational excellence leading to improved time cycles ,productivity ,improvement ,product mix selection for new business identification of talent for key positions.
He holds the management degree from IIM Calcutta and also MSc in Applied Chemistry.
A Commerce Graduate, responsible for overseeing back office support and financial operations of the company. Awarded the National Entrepreneurship Award 2016 by the Government of India.
A highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance, certified as a BEE Energy Auditor, and a First-Class Boiler Proficiency Engineer. A Member of the Institution of Engineers (MIE) with over 26 years of expertise in pharmaceutical and engineering industries, specializing in projects, maintenance, and engineering services. Successfully completed numerous projects and energy audits for leading groups across India.
